Carrier
All physical letters and packages are mailed via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipping Rates
Shipping on all letter subscriptions is free. Your letters will be mailed via USPS First-Class Mail at no additional charge to you, regardless of your location.
Shipping costs for any non-letter products (such as custom boxes or additional items) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
Monthly subscription letters are mailed via USPS First-Class Mail and do not include tracking. This is part of the experience — your letter arrives the classic way, just as a letter should.
Prepaid full-set subscriptions that include a custom box are shipped with tracking. You will receive tracking information by email once your package has been mailed.
Mailing Schedule
Letters are mailed according to the schedule for your specific subscription. Mailing frequency varies by subscription type. Please refer to the shipping calendar of your subscription type to take note of shipping days.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to any country currently served by USPS international mail services. International letters are mailed via USPS First-Class Mail International and do not include tracking. Delivery times vary by country and are subject to local postal service conditions outside our control.
Please note that international subscribers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be imposed by their country upon receipt. Promise Letters LLC is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from customs processing.
Delivery Timeframes
Domestic (US) letters typically arrive within 5–8 business days of the mailing date. International delivery times vary by destination and may take 2–6 weeks. These are estimates only — actual delivery times depend on USPS and local postal carriers and are outside our control.
Address Accuracy
It is your responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable mailing address at the time of purchase. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
If you are moving or need to update your mailing address, please notify us at [email protected] as soon as possible — ideally before the next scheduled mailing date. Updating your address in your Kajabi account alone does not guarantee your mailing address is updated across all our systems. You must contact us directly to ensure the change is applied.
Please note that notifying your local post office of an address change will not automatically forward your Promise Letters™ to your new address.
Undeliverable and Returned Mail
If a letter is returned to us or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or because the customer has moved without notifying us, the following resend fees apply:
- US resend: $5 per letter
- International resend: $7 per letter
We will resend one letter at no charge as a courtesy. Subsequent resends due to address errors will be charged at the rates above.
If a letter is undeliverable or missing due to an error on our part, we will resend it at no cost to you.
Damaged or Lost Mail
If your letters arrive damaged or are confirmed lost by USPS, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to replace the affected letters at no additional cost, subject to availability.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by USPS, weather events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Digital Products
Digital products — including digital letters and downloadable content — are delivered electronically to your Kajabi account immediately upon purchase. There is no physical shipping for digital products.
We will unlock each letter on the shipping date shown on the subscription calendar.Â
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our products and services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
